When is Toddle Launching?

To celebrate the end of the British summer (did it ever arrive?), Toddle will be launching at the end of August to help tackle those winter blues and chapped lips.

What makes Toddle Different?

Our natural skincare products are created for parents and their children by a mum who understands what families need to help them enjoy their adventures together. With Toddle, families can explore the world knowing that the products they have chosen are effective, natural and lightweight, keeping the focus on fun quality time together.

Can I get some samples?

We are always looking to expand our brand further – for sales or media enquires please contact us via email.

Is Toddle suitable for newborn babies?

The lovely people at the NHS do recommend that all babies under 6 months be kept out of the sun entirely, but if they can cry or dribble then go wild! Our Toddle Lip Balm and Toddle Sun and Wind Balm contains 100% natural products (whoop – no nasty allergens). However, we also advise patch testing the product 24 hours before using for the first time.

Is Toddle suitable for adults too?

Our Toddle products are dermatologically tested and suitable for all – no matter how big the dribbler… 

My baby’s skin is really sensitive. Will Toddle work for me?

All our products are made from 100% natural ingredients and have been dermatologically tested for sensitive skin. However, we would recommend patch testing the product 24 hours before use.

Do you have any palm oil in your products?

None of our products contain actual palm oil, but some ingredients may be derived from palm oil production. Rest assured, we are working to ensure that any of our ingredients derived from palm oil come from a certified sustainable source.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! We love animals here at Toddle, which is why our 100% natural skincare products for children are PETA Vegan approved.

Are Toddle products gluten free?

Yes – Toddle’s natural skincare products for children are completely gluten free.

I’m Vegan, can I use Toddle products?

Here at Toddle we embrace your choices, which is why all our products are PETA Vegan approved.

Are your products 100% organic?

No, our products are not 100%, but they are as organic as possible. We’re not done, though! At Toddle, we’re committed to making our natural skincare products for children the very best they can be, through constantly learning, reformulating and refining our products.

Are your products recyclable?

 

We don’t want to make this guy any unhappier, which is why we are doing everything we can to make your Toddle product packaging sustainable. 

 

For example, our Toddle Hand Gel & Sun and Wind Balm both come in fully recyclable sugar cane tubes. As for any cardboard we use, this is from a recyclable source as well.

Do you use alcohol in your hand gel?

No – only in our wine glasses. 

Orders & Returns

Where can I buy Toddle?

Can I edit my order? I want to change something before it’s dispatched.

Currently, we cannot add items to an order, but we can help you cancel and reorder (we’ll make it easy, promise). Get in touch via the contact page as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

We know how annoying it is when things don’t show up. So if you suspect the postman has nicked your order, let us know and go full Sherlock Holmes on them! If you need help, get in touch via the contact page and we’ll figure out what’s happened.

How do I return an item?

Of course, in the rare case that you want to return a Toddle product for whatever reason, you can return it and we’ll refund you. We’re sorry it didn’t work out! (Please note: your original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded.)

My order has arrived but it’s damaged, what do I do?

If you’re unlucky enough to receive a damaged order or faulty product, we’ll replace it as fast as we can. So don’t hesitate to drop us an email via our contact page and we’ll get right on it!

My orders arrived and its incorrect, what do I do?

Don’t fret, we’ve probably made a mistake. If there’s a problem with your order, just get in touch and we’ll eagerly track down where its sneaked off too.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Not to worry, we all make mistakes! Drop us an email via our contact page and we’ll do everything we can to stop it. However, sometimes we can’t, please don’t hate us. Worst case scenario, you can return it to us for a refund.

Delivery Information

What are your UK delivery options?

Free Delivery – with mainland UK orders over £X

Hey big spender. Our free delivery service will be with you within X-X working days. Your package will be sent by X and may require a signature. What’s more, everything you need will be sent in your despatch email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

 

 

Standard Delivery – £X

Orders sent using our standard delivery service will be delivered by X or X (depending where you are). Subsequently, it should be at your door within 3-5 working days and may need a signature.

We try our hardest to despatch your orders within 24 hours depending on what time you place yours.

 

 

Express Delivery – £

Orders sent using our Next Day service are delivered by X. It will be with you in 1-2 working days after you place the order (if placed before 3:00pm). You’ll receive a despatch email as soon as your order leaves us containing everything you need to know.

 

 

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands

You can select standard or express delivery. Sometimes delays do happen, depending on where you are and what the weathers doing. But rest assured, we’re squirrelling away to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. 

What are your international delivery options?

Bonjour, Hola, Howdy, G’Day Mate; we’re currently working on bringing you delivery options from our little island to yours. (We’re going worldwide baby!)

 

However, if you’re really eager to get your hands on our products – drop us an email via the contact page and we’ll see what we can do.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Sat looking at your letterbox? Dwelling on your door mat? We understand, waiting for your items can send anyone into a spin.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

In short, YES! We accept orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at our standard shipping rate. (Hannah wouldn’t live it down if we didn’t.)

 

We sometimes experience issues with our BFPO address deliveries, therefore some orders might be despatched a bit later than usual. Don’t worry, we will contact you if your order is affected. For delivery times, please refer to the BFPO website.
